Yeah, I made that s$#% – Thai Chicken Stir Fry with Lemon Grass Saffron Rice
I began to craft this dish last Saturday at the Farmer’s Market by my house. I saw the lemongrass and got inspired. Turned my head and saw a bountiful array of cilantro, purple thai basil and bell peppers.

When Life Gives You Bell Peppers….
One of my favorite culinary pleasures is making something new out of what’s lying there in front of me. Shopping and cooking becomes today’s art project. And, oh how delicious it is!
This past weekend, passing through the farmer’s market by my house, lying in front of me, were some of the prettiest bell peppers I’ve ever seen. Not just gorgeous, but uniquely colored, including purple and pale yellow. I couldn’t resist.
